4. Inquiries & Quotations
Product prices, minimum order quantities, availability, packaging options, customization requirements, production lead times and shipping terms are provided on an RFQ basis.
- Quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
- Prices are subject to product specifications order quantity, packaging, shipping terms and other agreed commercial conditions.
- Availability and lead times are subject to production capacity and material availability.
- Any estimated quantity, capacity, production time or delivery time is indicative until confirmed in writing.
- A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order unless expressly confirmed by the Company.
Final commercial terms will be confirmed through the applicable quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, sales contract or other written commercial documentation.
5. Orders & Purchase Agreements
Orders become binding only after the relevant commercial terms have been agreed and the order has been accepted or confirmed in writing by Deep Group.
The applicable purchase order, proforma invoice, sales contract or other written commercial document may specify the relevant transaction details, including:

6. Customization & Private Label
Customization, private labeling, printing, packaging and branding may be available for qualifying wholesale and export orders.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, trademarks, text and other branding materials.
- Artwork requirements will be communicated according to the selected product and printing process.
- Production will normally commence after required artwork and digital or physical proofs have been approved.
- Customer-provided trademarks, logos, artwork and intellectual property remain the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use any artwork, trademarks, logos or other intellectual property supplied to the Company.
Natural-material products may exhibit reasonable variations in colour, texture and appearance, which may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
7. Quality, Sampling & Inspection
Samples may be provided or arranged depending on the product and order requirements.
Where agreed in writing, customers may arrange or request pre-shipment inspection, third-party inspection or other quality-control procedures.
Product acceptance will be assessed against the specifications and quality requirements agreed for the relevant transaction.
If products are found to be materially non-conforming to the agreed specifications, the Company's responsibility will be determined in accordance with the applicable purchase agreement, proforma invoice, sales contract or other written commercial terms.
Subject to those terms, remedies may include replacement, repair, credit, or another mutually agreed commercial solution.
8. Certifications & Documentation
Where applicable and available, Deep Group may provide product-related documentation such as:
- Product specifications
- Material declarations
- Food-contact documentation
- Test reports
- Compostability documentation
- Quality-management documentation
- Environmental documentation
- Manufacturer certificates
- Other compliance documents relevant to the product and destination market
Certification and compliance requirements differ by product and destination country. Customers are responsible for communicating their specific regulatory and documentation requirements before placing an order.
9. International Trade & Import Requirements
For international transactions, the buyer is responsible for complying with the import, customs, taxation, labeling, registration, food-contact, packaging, environmental and other regulatory requirements applicable in the destination country, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Shipping terms and responsibilities will be determined by the applicable Incoterm or other commercial terms agreed between the parties.
The Company does not guarantee that a particular product will satisfy every regulatory requirement in every destination country unless such compliance has been specifically confirmed in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
